Accomplished Leader and Visionary to Drive Growth at Plan Forward
Indianapolis, IN – Plan Forward, a leading provider of dental membership plan software and solutions, is excited to announce the appointment of Jane Levy as co-CEO, joining Megan Lohman on the executive team.
Levy brings an abundance of startup and dental experience from her prior roles. Most recently Levy served as chief growth officer at Jarvis Analytics, which was acquired by Henry Schein One in June. She has also acted as an advisor to the Henry Schein Global Innovation Center, where she sourced and evaluated startups for Henry Schein to partner with. Prior to her role at Henry Schein, Levy invested in and operated a number of startups.

Since 2009, Levy has invested in, and helped operate a number of startup companies. Prior to that she was the Founder and Portfolio Manager of a long-short hedge fund. She also spent time investing in early-stage private companies, at Flatiron Partners. Levy started her investment career at JPMorgan Asset Management, after she graduated with an MBA from the MIT Sloan School. Levy is originally from Johannesburg, South Africa, but now lives in New York City.
